Ingredients:

- 4-5 cloves

- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated

- 1 tea bag (or any black tea of your choice)

- 2 cups of water


Instructions:


1. Preparation:

- Start by thoroughly cleaning the ginger and cloves.

- Grate the ginger using a fine grater, and crush the cloves slightly to release their flavors.


2. Boiling Water:

- Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle or on the stove until it reaches a rolling boil.


3. Infusion:

- Place the grated ginger and crushed cloves into a mug.


4. Tea Bag:

- Add the tea bag to the mug with the ginger and cloves.


5. Pouring Hot Water:

- Carefully pour the hot boiling water into the mug, directly over the ginger, cloves, and tea bag.


6. Steeping:

- Cover the mug with a small saucer or a lid to trap the steam and allow the ingredients to steep for about 3 minutes.


7. Filtering:

- After steeping, remove the tea bag and use a fine mesh strainer to filter out the ginger and clove sediments.


8. Serving:

- Your flat tummy tea elixir is ready to be enjoyed. You can drink it warm.


9. Timing:

- For best results, consume this tea twice a day: once in the morning on an empty stomach and once before bedtime.
